Does Prestashop work 100% if Javascript is disabled?

Hello, I realize that 95% of users have javascript enabled, however I have come across a couple of sites stating that PrestsShop doesn't function if a user has disabled javascript.

I would hate to turn away 1 in 20 visitors who don't have javascript enabled, so I wanted to go to the source and get a definitive answer. So - does Prestashop fully function is a visitor has javascript turned off?

There are many places use javascript within PrestaShop,
so I don't think it will work properly if user disabled javascript.

As long as you are using Ajax version of of shopping cart, the problem be always there, because Ajax means javscriptIif am not wrong)
