For when the PS 1.7 update to the GDPR?

Since +2 months ago I have seen that Prestashop is going to change the Prestashop or is going to add some modules for the free version 1.7 so that everything is correct, but nothing comes out at all.

Okay they are French, but has the addiction of the Spaniards got attached to everything at the last minute?

Any moderator or developer here and say or answer?

clock is ticking, and they don't leave module devs with much time to act on and update their modules. as far i understood they are going to add a few new hooks for them to use.

Also it's bit of a pain they have been telling they keep supporting 1.6.1 for until October 2018 - in reality it feels like they dropped it since they released 1.7 and now they want to charge money for the 1.6 module....
