Voucher field only visible when clicking on "CART"

On my website echtemerken.nl I have 5 different products. When going to minnetonka mocassin(shoes) I get
the voucher field immediately in visual when you want to order een product. But with other products I first have to click on CART (mandje) to see the voucher field. If you click direct on check-out you don't see the voucher field. But most customers click on check-out and not on CART.

I would like to have it the same as it goes with the minnetonka mocassin (shoes). This way customers do not first have
to click on CART but can immediately go to check-out.

Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!

One way to do it is just to have one button which points to cart (order.php).
