You may find same client interaction by rebranding a quote system to work as client communications portal. here is example of how I use it for 'quotes', but the back office allows me to work quote via prestashop, i.e. I can reply to quote and client can reply etc. https://www.prestaheroes.com/en-us/prestashop-development-services/prestashop-technical-support-bug-fixing module I use is: Quick Quote Tool Pro v11.8.0 - by PrestaMonster.com it can be a challenge and if you cannot find solution and if new shop, then maybe consider a different cms that has support for you needs...
