It sends the e-mail to customer but i want to send to preparation too.The e-mail to preparation must be sent with product list and sizes, prices, exactly the same we receive when someone post an order in our website.Is there someone how knows how can that be done?RegardsMozack Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

mozack Posted October 25, 2010 Author Share Posted October 25, 2010 Ok,Ex.: I receive the order details by e-mail before order is paid, for example:- Multibanco (pay in homebanking, etc.. and have to be approved manually)- PagSeguro (need to verify credit card and usually it takes more than 1 day)So, my point is send order mail to preparation only when i see it was paid by customer and change the order to In Preparation status.I need to knoe the file that send this e-mail to customer and change it to my needs, in this case, send it also to preparation.Hope someone can help me.RegardsMozack Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Cannot send something since I am away from my desk but he refers to the status email and The template called preparation. Have the same issue with some payment options.
