Richiejoac Posted October 22, 2010 Share Posted October 22, 2010 Hello,Please i just got my first order via paypal and the surprise is that i Never received any message in my email nor in the BACK OFFICE, so i never knew there was an order and most probably the customer never got a welcome message or order processing message.I only found in my paypal email and inside paypal that an order came in, so i am surprised and worried, what could be the problem and how can this be corrected.I dont want customer to run away if they dont get automated welcome and order status messages.Please help me.Richard Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
