ancona Posted April 11, 2018 Share Posted April 11, 2018 (edited) Hello,I have another problem with the Customer Loyalty module. From March 12, he stopped working. I set the status to "Sent" to activate, but there are still points in the panel that are waiting for validation.I uninstalled the module, installed it again. It still does not work.I had to re-load the base with the customer points so that they could see that they still had them, but that did not help either.Did anyone have this problem?
