Hi all, I upgraded this module and fix some errors to run in PrestaShop 1.7. Now it's running without errors and work as the same as 1.6? May I know why PrestaShop didn't upgrade this module to PS 1.7 version? Are there security concerns and risk?

I'd like to know how to add an affiliate type module where i could reward sponsors (customers that brought other customers) with something else than discounts on orders or money but instead Coupons coming from other websites/businesses. If it is impossible, could i instead make rewards as "points" so that when i see a user having say like 10 points i'll send him manually a coupon by mail. I'd much more prefer the first solution. Thanks a lot !

Some products (the categories added to Loyalty reward already) on product page is show the points of reward and than they are hidden. How can I fix them? ---- My Information ---- Prestashop version 1.6.1.13 Customer loyalty and rewards version 1.2.9

Bonjour la communauté, Comme dit dans le titre, mon module Customer loyalty and rewards ne fonctionne pas correctement (voir pièces jointes) : - Soit les calculs sont erronés (là encore il est content ) - Soit il ne fait aucun calcul, - Soit il indique que le produit n'est pas soumis au programme de fidélité (pourtant ce programme est activé pour TOUS les articles de la boutique ). Auriez-vous une solution à ce dysfonctionnement? Auriez-vous d'autres modules tout aussi gratuits pour le programme de fidélité? Witam, mam ponownie problem z modułem Customer Loyalty. Od 12 marca przestał działać. Ustawiam status na "Wysłane", aby się aktywował, ale nadal widnieją w panelu punkty, które czekają na walidację. Odinstalowałam moduł, zainstalowałam ponownie. Dalej nie działa. Musiałam wgrać ponownie bazę z punktami klientów, aby widzieli, że nadal je posiadają, ale to również nie pomogło. Miał ktoś z tym problem? PS 1.6.18 Loyalties & rewards wersja: 1.2.9. Dzięki z góry za odpowiedź.

Hello, I have another problem with the Customer Loyalty module. From March 12, he stopped working. I set the status to "Sent" to activate, but there are still points in the panel that are waiting for validation. I uninstalled the module, installed it again. It still does not work. I had to re-load the base with the customer points so that they could see that they still had them, but that did not help either. Did anyone have this problem? PS 1.6.18 Loyalties & rewards version: 1.2.9. Thanks in advance for your answer.

Hi everybody, I'm looking for a rewards program module that would use levels instead of 1 point = 0.20€. I have an old shop in a custom CMS that I'm migrating to prestashop and the reward program was like this 150 points for 5€ discount, 250 points for 10€, 350 points for 20€, etc... (it had products as gifts too but that can be omitted if I don't find a replacement). I've been looking everywhere but can't find anything like this. Thanks !

How does the Customer Loyalty and Rewards module convert from points to a voucher? What settings need to be set up to accomplish this automatically? As you can see from the screen shots below, I have it configured to the point where the points are awarded, but the voucher isn't being created. There has to be something simple I'm missing here. I'm using PS 1.5.5.0 and Customer Loyalty and Rewards 1.8. Note: I've tried on 1.5.4.1 and get the same behavior. I've stripped all other modules installed except the defaults and get the same behavior. Thanks for the help! Teo

Hello, i'm having a problem with the Customer loyalty and rewards v1.13 module of prestashop. On the back office it seems that is working but the user in the account page doensn't any more the option of my loyalty. Does anyone know why? Thank you

Hi, I have been running my site for a month and installed and configured the 'Rewards' loyalty point module. Customers have now contacted me becuase they have points but the voucher is not validated. I have configured everything according to your guide and set the voucher to validate on shipping but nothing happens. How can I validate and issue vouchers please? Hi all, I have need of a loyalty discount module, with a % discount applied automatically once the customer reaches a certain order total. I've found a developer who can create this, however for our small company, the cost for developing the module is a bit high. If anyone's interested in this module and would like to share the development costs, let me know. Here's some more info on the proposed module: ----------------- Accumulative loyalty discounts Increase loyalty by giving your best customers impressive discounts, and attract new customers with a loyalty program that increases their status with every order. Unlike a reward points system, the customer's discount is never reset to zero, so the incentive to shop again (and again!) is greatly increased. The module will allow you to assign automatic discount rules for your customers based on their order total. You will be able to set discount rules, control customers’ progress and manage email notifications to inform clients they’ve reached a new discount level. Example: If the client's orders reach a total of $1000, he/she automatically gets a 5% percent discount on all future orders. The system then will send the customer an e-mail to inform them about their new loyalty status. Once the customer's total reaches $2000, they might advance to the next loyalty level, receiving a 10% discount. Features: - Create discount rules and apply them to customers upon reaching certain $ order total - Make multiple tiers with different % discounts - Automated emails to inform customers when they reach a new discount level - Customer can check their loyalty status (and amount needed to reach the next discount level) on their account page - The option to set an expiry on the loyalty discount (eg 1 year) Advantages over a reward points system: Increased loyalty. With reward points systems, once the points are redeemed they're gone. So the incentive to shop again is removed once the customer redeems their points. With an accumulative percentage discount system, your loyal customers will always know they have a discount with you, and that every order will increase their loyalty status. This increases the likelihood they will place repeat orders. Simplicity. Hi all, I'd like to offer a loyalty system based on an accumulative percentage discount. EG once the customer's order total reaches $500 they get a 5% discount. One way of doing this might be to use customer groups, where a customer's order total automatically advances them to a new customer group with a set discount. I'd be setting up 4-5 groups with different discounts. There would need to be an automated email which would notify the customer when they reached a new discount tier. Is this possible without a custom developed module? Or if not is anyone interested in developing such a module? Cheers!

Hey Everyone! I work at Sweet Tooth, which is a customer loyalty extension currently available for Magento Commerce. We basically allow eCommerce merchants to reward their customers points for purchasing, creating customer accounts, liking products on Facebook, and even automatically giving reward points on their birthday.(See our website at www.sweettoothrewards.com for a better explanation of what we do) So, the reason why I'm posting here is to see if Prestashop store owners would be interested in something like this? I think there is a need for this in the Prestashop community, but I need to be able to really show interest to justify development. Would you like to see something like this on Prestashop?
