When I go into the "orders" tab in the back office, click on an order, then try to cancel products by typing the quantity and the "cancel products" button, nothing happens. rocky Posted October 15, 2010 Share Posted October 15, 2010 Edit config/config.inc.php and temporarily change 'display_errors' from 'off' to 'on'. It said the following:Fatal error: Call to undefined method Cart::getCartIdByOrderId()The error happened in AdminOrders.php on line 202. rocky Posted October 16, 2010 Share Posted October 16, 2010 It looks like the classes/Cart.php wasn't updated when you upgraded your store. Make sure that classes/Cart.php matches the same version as your PrestaShop. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
