selectshop.at Posted April 9, 2018 Share Posted April 9, 2018 The back-office site already worked before ? You made an upgrade ? You cloned your shop to another server/local? Browser Cache deleted ? The problem is, that css is broken. 1) Regenerate the .htaccess from your back-office. 2) Check on tab "preferences -> SEO & URL's if Shop Domain and Base URI are correct set. 3) If your site is a just made upgrade or a clone, so you need to change base URI on database as well. 4) blank page = is a page without content, if you are having such empty page, than you need to activate debug mode: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information-blank-page-500-internal-server-error/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
