Error 500 at Order Placement

Hi there, I'm new to Prestashop and I came across some errors.

When I tried to place an order, after filling in the information and clicked on the button to go to delivery, it gave me an error500. So i visited some websites and tried to fix it. Couldn't find a working option so I reinstalled my shop, still the same problem. I enabled debug mode and now it gives me the full error when I click on Continue to Payment. I have no idea what the error means so I though, let's ask it here.

Anyone willing to help me? :)

Did you make changes to the address form? It looks like the name field is no longer there.

Nope, it's a clean install. Where can I check the address form? You can check my website if you want to: rwdesigns.nl

Original theme?

As you can see, it's classic theme.

@Cinegart- seems that something is going wrong with your server cache. Do you have the possibility to change on cPanel to another php 7.x version ?

Which caching options are activated on back-office ?  Disable cache for "smarty" and set all "CCC" options to NO AND also the option "Caching" = NO on tab: Advanced parameters -> performance

Please also read server error logs. If you don't have access to them via FTP or directadmin panel, so ask your provider to provide them to you.

Unfortunately you also didn't answered anything about your server settings: php-version, cache (opcache, memcache), ngninx, etc..

The T_error is a specific error of the php-version in use. If you can change to another php-version on server, give a try, If error does not disappear, you should debug the file for that the version you are using is trespassing it. As said is a specific problem with the software you are using on server.

You are now on PS 1.6. and php 7 ? If you downgrade, you need to use the same php-version you used before. Please no experiments, you can crash your shop for ever. Or are you experimenting on a clone ?

The T_error had a simpler way for to be debugged. Somewhere is missing a brace on the code, which the php-version in use does not forgive.
