Cinegart Posted April 3, 2018 Share Posted April 3, 2018 Hi there, I'm new to Prestashop and I came across some errors. When I tried to place an order, after filling in the information and clicked on the button to go to delivery, it gave me an error500. So i visited some websites and tried to fix it. Couldn't find a working option so I reinstalled my shop, still the same problem. I enabled debug mode and now it gives me the full error when I click on Continue to Payment. Which caching options are activated on back-office ? If you don't have access to them via FTP or directadmin panel, so ask your provider to provide them to you. selectshop.at Posted April 9, 2018 Share Posted April 9, 2018 Besides that the error you are adding now is another, you cannot use this old php 5.5. version with PS 1.7. You should upgrade your server settings to min. php 5.6.30. selectshop.at Posted April 9, 2018 Share Posted April 9, 2018 The T_error is a specific error of the php-version in use. If you can change to another php-version on server, give a try, If error does not disappear, you should debug the file for that the version you are using is trespassing it. selectshop.at Posted April 9, 2018 Share Posted April 9, 2018 You are now on PS 1.6. and php 7 ? If you downgrade, you need to use the same php-version you used before. Please no experiments, you can crash your shop for ever. Or are you experimenting on a clone ? The T_error had a simpler way for to be debugged. Here you will find one of my tutorials, it's old one, but applies up to PS 1.6. Follow steps 1-6.
