order_conf.html - how do I change the colour of the dynamic row generated in this email?

I've managed to tweak all aspects of the order confirmation email that's sent to the customer.
I've not managed to find the source of the dynamic product rows generated in the table.

The variable in the file is {products} & {discounts} and the output in the email is:

<!-- Products -->
Product name here...£0.001£0.00

I cannot find where this HTML is pulled from and hence how to change the background colour or add other properties.

If anyone could give me a nudge, I'd be most grateful.
