Insert prestashop into a premade page

Recommended Posts

Clever, but it seems like a bit of a hack, I'd really prefer something cleaner.

It's a pity, PrestaShop looks really good but the template system is too complicated; there is too much code
mixed in with the html to allow it to be easily customized.

fop, for doing that you cant extract all the code, its more complicated . Try to change the global.css and use firebug to see the changes.

Hello,
Did you find an aswer to your problem ?
As you, and for the same reasons, I ask myself about an integration of a Prestashop in an iFrame of my site, but I don't find any testimony of that experience.

No, it seems all open source scripts are difficult to customize.
I'm not sure it's much better but I ended up using OpenCart.

Thanks for your answers,

In fact, I wanted to embed ALL the shop in an iFrame of my site.
The only reason is that Prestashop is not efficient about CMS pages as should be a real CMS.

Finaly, I will not embed the shop.
I think Google and others prices-compare-sites should'nt be able to index my eShop correctly.

The best for me in this case, should be 2 sites : a classical site + a eShop, with links between.

Any opinions about that ?

(Sorry for my aproximative english : I'm french...)
