Admin received mails , but the client do not

Hi, I'm about to "release" my site, I use prestashop version 1.3.1., I ordered 1 product in order to check the process and and all its good, prestashop notify my mail (admin), however i didnt got the email notification to the fictional client that i created, please help

Try another client email address. The message could be moved to the mailbox trash on some server.
