Lunar
I have products that are virtual products and gives the user downloadable goods. Because these files are large and can reach 600 MB, I am doing this: I want to upload a 500 MB file called "myFile.zip" I take a small JPEG image and rename it like "myFile.zip". I upload it to the server using the Virtual Product section and save. I go to downloads using FTP and take the name that was created, for example, "ccb3344377ef9cc69ae876357623c6a87a695b11" I rename "myFile.zip" to "cca7cbb377ef9cc69ae254657097c6a87a695b11" and upload it to the server. Now I try to download the file. The download happens ok, but when I try to unzip the file I get this error message: "Unable to expand myFile.zip - Error 2 - No Such File or Directory". I am on macOS High Sierra. The store is Prestashop 1.6.1.18. What am I missing? Edited March 19, 2018 by Lunar (see edit history)
musicmaster
Did you compare the downloaded file with the original? Are they the same size? And are the also the same when you compare them with some tool? Edited March 20, 2018 by musicmaster (see edit history)
