I hope that somebody can help me as soon as possible. 

I have two problems:

1. The customer orders the link to reset the password and the message never arrives (the replay message can not be found in the spam) or customer get the link and open it and the links says that the link is out of date.. 

2. The customer moves from shopping basket to checkout and comes error 500 ?? As a result, a customer can not make an order.

These two problems happens at least with Google Chrome and Safari browsers and also computer (mac & windows) and mobile devices Apple and Android.

When I tested there is no problem, but the problem is some of our customers.

Thank you for testing our site.

I do not know why some of our customers get the error message when they go to checkout.

I don't either have problems.
