I hope that somebody can help me as soon as possible. I have two problems: 1. The customer orders the link to reset the password and the message never arrives (the replay message can not be found in the spam) or customer get the link and open it and the links says that the link is out of date.. 2. The customer moves from shopping basket to checkout and comes error 500 ?? As a result, a customer can not make an order. These two problems happens at least with Google Chrome and Safari browsers and also computer (mac & windows) and mobile devices Apple and Android. When I tested there is no problem, but the problem is some of our customers. I hope for quick help, thank you!

Witam, po aktualizacji sklepu za pomocą modułu moduł 1-Click Upgrade z wersji 1.6.0.14 do wersji PS 1.6.1.11 mam problem z eksportem produktów do Google Merchant Center. Aktualizacja PS przebiegła bezproblemowo- wszystko (poza tym) działa po aktualizacji. Wcześniej przez kilka miesięcy wszystko działało prawidłowo do dnia aktualizacji. Support Google twierdzi, że po ich stronie wszystko jest ok plik się importuje ale jest pusty. Czy ktoś może podpowiedzieć gdzie szukać rozwiązania problemu z eksportem / generowaniem tego pliku z produktami? Gdzie znajduje się ten plik danych. Czy eksport po Google Shopping API Key może być przyczyną nie wyeksportowania produktów? Dodam ze Plik danych wygenerowany ręcznie za pomocą Modułu Google Shopping Flux v1.6.4 importuje się do - jednak z uwagi na problemy z niemożliwością ustawienia dostępności czy kosztów przesyłki zależy mi na prawidłowym działaniu modułu Google Merchant Center, który to aktualizował automatycznie.

Hi all you wonderful people, My current website needs a major overhauling. I figured it might come now when we have a lot of new products arriving and a lot of oldies gone. The current site is 1.4.5.1 and we have had major troubles with it. We have had 2 specialist to look at it, both giving up in the process of updating it. We have now decided to scrap the entire site and start completely over from a new template bought on templatemonster.com. The thing I need you to do is: Set the site up with the new theme, so its as functional as a clean install. Erase test orders and customers so everything is "new". Either move the site from the test-area to live when it suits us (around midnight CET) OR Install the site from scrap on live site very quickly (not more than an hour or so) I'm running a small company, so I'm not in a position to pay a Donald Trump fee. I'm very flexible but we are agreeing on a fixed price. If you think it takes 3 hours you get paid for 3 hours, whether it takes 30mins or 5 hours.
