Adding to wishling without customer registration

I have searched all posts but i couldn't find code information on how a customer can add to wishlist without registration/login.
I believe that a new visitor would like privacy at the first visits and would not like giving personal details just to browse a site.

Can someone inform me what code needs changes to be able to do that?
