vergnaud Posted September 9, 2010 Share Posted September 9, 2010 Hi all,I may ask a dumb question but crawling through the forum, I could not find a straight forward response...I have installed XAMPP on Windows and then Prestashop 1.3.1 and everything worked of the shelve.Now I want to port my environment to my network provider and I stumble upon bunch of basic challenges!Environment:- hosting is Gandi- OS is Ubuntu 9.1- installed XAMPP for UbuntuXAMPP is now coming with a "security enhancement" set-up that force you to enter new password... maybe I should have worked on that after the install of prestashop but well...First I got an issues with the status display of XAMPP (shown as deactivated even so the process is running fine...) but because it is running fine...But my initial question was about SETTINGS.INC.PHP file (that I have on my Windows version) but I cannot find it so:-> is this automatically generated on install of prestashop? --- I have other permission issues on my server and cannot get to the /install folder yet.If yes then I guess I have my response. If not then why I don't have it? In the zip file of Prestashop, this is not in? Am I missing something?Thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
