Wrong voucher amounts in shopping cart

I don't remember what I did, but all of a sudden I notice that the vouchers that I created are off in the shopping cart. For example, if the voucher is $7, the amount that shows up in the cart is $6.54. But the weird thing is that the amount is correct in the email order confirmation (after the shopping cart). This is a problem because it causes a different order total then it's supposed to, so the shopping cart total and the email order confirmation are 2 different totals (shopping cart the right amount).

I think there is a bug in presta version 1.3 that shows up with certain settings. What you are seeing might be related to this bug, still waiting input from the developers.
