jaketheperson Posted March 14, 2018 Share Posted March 14, 2018 Hello! I am using Prestashop version 1.6.1.5. I have a small problem down to my lack of experience... A person has ordered a product, but before I could forward that product to the supplier to be shipped we had to announce that we are out of stock. I do not really know how to refund this person's money before the product has even been sent off...
