rocky
I'm not familiar with the module you are referring to, but you should upload all the files to your themes directory so that the files are like themes/glossy/404.tpl, themes/glossy/address.tpl, etc.

rocky
You should use an FTP client to upload the files to your server.

rocky
As long as themes//preview.jpg exists on your server, the option to select the theme should appear on the Preferences > Appearance tab. If no such file exists in the theme you downloaded, copy the one from the default PrestaShop theme.
