Smarty error

I too have a problem with Smarty. I have 5 messages on my FOqui warning me that the plugin smarty_compiler_continue function () and smarty_compiler_break () not only exist as the desux files exist in the plugins folder.
Small question is what all the plugins in the folder tools / smarty / plugin said or called in another file? if so could you tell me where to solve my problem.
Here is the error message

I've never encountered this error before and I can't think of anything that would cause it. What's on line 19 of modules/homefeatured/homefeatured.tpl? Is it a WAMP-only problem? Try uploading the files to a test site to see whether the same problem occurs on a server.

so i try to reinstall wy wamp server again and we see my be it work
