iziewon Posted August 25, 2010 Share Posted August 25, 2010 Hi...everybodyI want to upgrade Prestashop 1.2.4.0 to 1.3.1.The old version was installed at root folder but I think, I will create a new sub domain for new version.So... I have no idea about this problem.I try to upgraded it as Prestashop WiKi but it is not working. (on my localhost)The upgraded radio button has not shown.Thank you !P.S. MikeChoy Posted August 25, 2010 Share Posted August 25, 2010 Remember to back up your original prestashop and database!!!You could have missed out copying the config/settings.inc.php from your old version to the new folder. Also you will have to edit settings.inc.php to reflect the location of your new folders/subfolder. It would be good that you also port your old database to a new one for your new installation incase any problem you still can revert back. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Patric Posted August 25, 2010 Share Posted August 25, 2010 I would recommend you not to do both thing in one step.You should firts move (or make a copy) of your shop in a subfolder, and then upgrade the shop.Or vice versa.But like MikeChoy told you, save your files and database first!
