Newbie: Setup spam filter

Hi all,

Please help a newbie, helping my girlfriends boss with her prestashop homepage:-)

She did the fault of answering a russian mail, with the result, that a lot of mails arrive. I cannot figure out whether it as a spam filter and how it is activated??? Or whether a bought module is required.
