Does PrestaShop have an "Instant Email Delivery" option?

Before going through all the trouble to install prestashop,
I wanted to know if it has the feature to email codes instantly upon purchase.

For example, if I sell product keys to software, is there a way I can paste in a list of codes,
and when purchased, it sends one of the codes and removes it from the list?

No, PrestaShop doesn't have such a function. You can use the "Downloadable product" option to make a single file available for download only after purchase, but every customer must get the same file. There is a third-party module here that generates serial codes.
