Mark1990 Posted February 9, 2018 Share Posted February 9, 2018 Hi, I'm new to Prestashop and just installed the new 1.7.2.4 Version a few days ago to test it. Today I've seen that the customer login doesn't work. It delivers "Your Authentication failed" message. The only way to login succesfully is to reset the password, then you are logged in until you try to login the next time. If you check in the backend there is no updated information to the last login of the customers. comfuse Posted July 4, 2019 Share Posted July 4, 2019 Hi, we have a similar issue on a case to case basis. Some customers try to login, they get a persistent "Error 500" message. Only when they create a new password, they can login once, place their order, but the next time it's the same shambles... It's version 1.7.5.0, Classic theme, no addons for authentication (such as Captcha etc.) As I said: It does not happen with every customer, only some.
