andyramage Posted February 7, 2018 Share Posted February 7, 2018 I am running PS 1.6.1.0 and am having an issue with modifying orders. According to all the PS documentation I should be able to modify orders, remove / change items etc but I cant do anything! None of the options like click to add product etc appear on my screen. I have situations where customers choose the wrong size or colour of garment and I have to modify the document by hand which looks very unprofessional and screws up inventory control. Can you explain the problem and if there is a solution. I have raised the issue with my website provider on several occasions but no joy there!
