CAT Posted August 15, 2010 Share Posted August 15, 2010 Hi guysJust wondering if anyone can advise:I have just installed PS 1.3 and it seems to be working fine.I have added various carriers but when i go and try to select 1 of the new carriers by default I cannot see any of the newly added carriers, only the 2 carriers which come in the installation.So I am wondering if this is a bug or if I need to do something additional before being able to see the new carriers.Many thanksPS. rocky Posted August 16, 2010 Share Posted August 16, 2010 Edit each carrier and make sure they have the zone ticked for the currently-logged-in customer. Also, make sure the carriers have weight or price ranges (depending on whether your shipping is by weight or by price). Then go to the Shipping tab, select each carrier in the dropdown, enter the prices for the ranges, then click Save. The carriers should then appear.
