sgs1 Posted January 31, 2018 Share Posted January 31, 2018 Hi everybody! I've updated my prestashop from 1.6.14 to 1.6.17, and the update was successfully. But, from the 1.6.14 version, I've a problem with the cart. If the SEO is enabled, when I press on the trash icon , I see this error "TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to save update quantity Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: parsererror" ; otherwise, I haven't this problem. musicmaster Posted January 31, 2018 Share Posted January 31, 2018 This is an Ajax error message. The first thing you should do is find out what caused it: usually that is a php/mysql error. So you should look in the error log of your server for the error message. You can also find the error in the console of your browser if you know your way.
