musicmaster Posted January 16, 2018 Share Posted January 16, 2018 (edited) I have a webshop where a link in the menu sometimes works and sometimes not. In the latter case it gives a 404. I have checked the link and it is actually different. When it works it looks something like http://myshop.com/index.php?id_category=25&controller=category&id_lang=9. When it doesn't work the category part has disappeared and I just have http://myshop.com/index.php?controller=category&id_lang=9. This happens in periods. Sometimes it works for a number of tries and then again it won't work for a number of tries. Does anyone have an idea what could cause this behavior? Normally I would ask this to the author of the software (part of the JMS venus template). But he wants only to support the original buyer. But someone else originally set up this shop and it would take me considerable effort to find out the relevant details.
