aee156 Posted January 13, 2018 Share Posted January 13, 2018 Hi, When clicking the checkout button, the system allows you to create an account but them when you click to checkout it goes to a blank white screen. I am running PS 1.4.2.5 and I dont want to upgrade because I have numerous customization. Does anyone know what the error is due to when the order process goes to a blank white screen like this? musicmaster Posted January 15, 2018 Share Posted January 15, 2018 When you have a blank screen or a 500 error you should start switching on development mode.
