Order Error Issue



When clicking the checkout button, the system allows you to create an account but them when you click to checkout it goes to a blank white screen. I am running PS  and I dont want to upgrade because I have numerous customization. Does anyone know what the error is due to when the order process goes to a blank white screen like this? I need to get this fixed as I am losing sales left and right.

When you have a blank screen or a 500 error you should start switching on development mode. That will result in an error message that tells you what caused the error:


Did you try cleaning the cache?
