Adding discount more than product amount

Hello everybody.

Could you help me, how can I add discount more than  a product amount?

For example. I want to add shipping discount 80%.

A buyer added one item with total amount  $2 to the cart. Shipping value is $10. A buyer gets only $2 discount, because prestashop does not allow apply discount, more than total product amount.

How can I resolve this issue?

I'm using PS 1.6.16

I don't know the details of your situation. 

I would suggest using a Cart price rule and not a Catalogue price rule. At the bottom of its condition page you can select products.

Thank you for the answer. I'm using Cart rules, but it doesn't matter. Anyway discount is less shipping value.

PS doesn't allow you to make a percentage discount for shipping, only free shipping. And PS doesn't allow you to make a discount higher than product amount, neither. You need a module to do so.

I checked many modules but no one does not allow to do it. I would be appreciated if you give me the link to one of them.

Is it possible to change/overwrite source code of Prestashop?
