Error Smarty and module install

hi mate i saw error smarty for prestashop 1.6.11

error log is

I have others problem, I do not understand why installing a new module, the module does not install correctly, it is not shown in the list of modules in the back-office of prestashop and my website does not work .. take a look at the attached image.

I tried to update PrestaShop to version 1.6.17 but all the links of the website (menu, image, etc.) do not work or trying to reinstall the update my cart does not store the product in the cart ...
