Hola, en un prestashop 1.6.1.11 estamos recibiendo quejas de usuarios que usan Outlook for android que dicen que no se ven los correos de avisos de la tienda. Como podéis ver en la captura, se ve minúsculo, y no hay forma de aumentarlo clicando encima. No hemos tocado mucho las plantillas de correo, solo pequeños cambios, como logo según idioma, o quitado/modificado alguna frase. Bonjour, depuis l'activation de systèmes de cache sur l'une de nos boutiques prestashop, nous avons un soucis avec les informations présentes dans la barre du haut du backoffice. Le nombre de commande, nouveaux clients, messages et badges n'est plus reinitilisé après une visite dans le BO. Même si on clique dessus pour consulter l'information, si on réfraichi la pge et/ou si on se déconnecte après, les informations ne sont pas remises à 0. Nous avons activé les éléments suivants : De plus le serveur qui héberge utilise un cache de type Varnish. Nous rencontrons ne rencontrions pas le problème lorsque seul varnish était utilisé.

Bonjour, Lorsque j’édite une fiche produit sur Prestashop 1.6.11, de temps en temps ma sauvegarde ne prend pas effet et je suis obligé de réécrire mes mots-clés, les caractéristiques et parfois plus. Ce problème arrive une fois sur 5 a peu prés. J'ai essayé de vider le cache de mon navigateur plusieurs fois mais cela ne résout pas le problème. Nous sommes 3 à rentrer des produits et il n'y a que sur mon navigateur que je rencontre des problèmes. Avez-vous une solution pour résoudre mon problème ou une astuce pour le contourner ? -
Hi peep, I need some help to add a summary step at the end of the order process, in which customers can see all the informations about his cart and its cost. Right now normally the summary page is just be shown at the beginning of the process. I intend to customise the .tpl code but am not sure how I can get it done without damaging the system eventually. Any ideas?

Bonjour, Je rencontre un problème avec la navigation à facettes, ce n'est pas le premier mais j'ai trouvé des solutions aux autres. Problème résolu : - Liste déroulante ne fonctionne pas : http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/360781-block-layered-navigation-facette/?hl=%2Bfacette&do=findComment&comment=1921034 Problème actuel : Le choix du prix ne fonctionne plus, ni par réglette (celle ci ne s'affiche plus), ni par tranche, ni aucun choix en fait. Le résultat est pratiquement toujours le même, une liste de prix ou une liste de tranches de prix. Aucune interaction possible (voir pièce jointe) Nous avions déjà des soucis avec ce filtre, la réglette posant soucis quand nous montions le prix min au maximum, alors impossible de reprendre le curseur pour redescendre le mini. J'ai testé en local sur notre thème personnalisé et sur le thème d'origine, je ne comprend pas pourquoi car l'installation local est sur un prestashop non modifié. Merci beaucoup pour votre aide car il ne nous manque que cela pour lancer notre E-Commerce. Si quelqu'un connait un bon substitue pour filtrer les produits, je suis vraiment preneur. Bonne journée. Hi everyone, i need help with an unusual problem. The block currency not working on frontend. I've three type of currency: Euro, Dollar and Pound, and when i try to change the currency is always set on Euro. If i access to website through hidden proxy from U.S.A. the currency is correctly set on Dollars, but if i refresh the page or change page the currency is set on Euro again. In backend, i've set: - use browser language to set the default language - use browser language to set default country - use IP geolocalization - install a module to delete the id product and category form url I tried: -disabled all modules except the currency block - change theme, use different browser (opera, safari, chrome, explore, firefox) also in anonymous - disabled every localization feature - refresh, purge and disable cache But nothing change, always the same problem. Hi, Until 2 days ago my PS 1.6.11 backoffice was working perfectly but suddenly today I cannot open it at all and it throws 404 Error. There are no changes done in URL, Admin Folder name, and AutoUpgrade is disabled. The Front End URL i.e., http://www.greatonlinesale.sg is working fine but not the backend. I need the solution urgently as it is a Live Instance. UPDATE: I tried to find some issues using the below steps 1) Enabled Prestashop Debug 2) Now the page shows the below error. I remember recently there was the blockuser module upgrade and I believe there was some issue in it. Now can you please share how to fix this issue. Sorry I am not a technical person, so please bear with me.
