Migration Problem

Hi all,

I'm installing prestashop 1.2.5 on internet because I have installed 1.2.5 in local. I want to migrate after to 1.3.1.

When I install on internet, I change the folder permissions to install and everything is correct.

When I import the data base, and enter on the backoffice, I see that the languages have a problem.

I try to import a new language but I can't.

I try to upload the translation folder but I can't. I change the permissions again to upload the translation local files, but the permissions don't change and I can't upload.

I have the same problem when I want to upload mails/es/ or everything related with my language (spanish)

I need help.
