mytheory.
I'm not too familiar with setting up shipping for other countries, but if you are in the US (or not)... make sure that you setup your "States," "Countries," and "Zones" correctly. From my experience, if these are not set correctly then when an address is chosen it won't list a carrier for that state or country if it is not correctly associated with a zone.Have you tried using different addresses? More specifically, changing the country and states?HTH!

tomerg3
You need to define a weight or price range for them, then click on on the shipping tab again and under fees, select your carrier and hit save. You may also need to log out and create a new cart
mytheory.
Hmm... that is interesting.Just some thoughts off the top of my head...Have you set price or weight ranges for each carrier... and then also given those ranges a price? So for the first, under Shipping>>Price Ranges or Weight Ranges... have you associated a price/weight range with your new carriers? Then, make sure to give those ranges a price/cost... when you click on the Shipping tab at the bottom there is a box titled "Fees by carrier, geographical zone, and ranges"... from the drop down list for "Carrier:" select a carrier and a list of boxes will be visible each with a range you declared above... give those ranges a price (how much it shipping will cost).Make sure to save... and it might be worth refreshing you browser cache as well as PS smarty compile cache (tools/smarty/compile folder).HTH! darcisz
what is shipping is free ? how set itcan set carries separately for every item ? I dont see any option in Product Info
mytheory.
You can set the free shipping amount or weight limits by clicking the shipping tab. By default PS (at least in 1.2.5) will set all your carriers to free if the total amount (price or weight) is over the limit you defined. Here is a link to a modification that will allow you to chose just 1 carrier to be free if that is what you are looking for.... http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/21663/general_discussion/modhacktip_free_shipping_on_one_carrier_only_dot_I guess you could also have 1 massive range, and just give it a price of $0.00 -- it will list this as the price ("$0.00") instead of the texts "Free", however.HTH! mytheory.
Are you still having trouble with no carriers appearing at checkout, or problems with free shipping? If its the latter, are you sure you defined the ranges correctly... making sure to change the default carrier (for the default range) from "My Carrier" to your new carrier(s)? phantomeye
Czesc Darcisz,I had a similar problem today and found the solution, hope it helps you. Check the weight or price ranges you have set for the carrier. I had set mine to weight range and left out 1 range. So for example:Weight range: 1-2 , 2-3 , 4-5 , 6-7 (because i forgot to give 3 - 4) prestashop was finding the item out of range and was disabling the carrier. Once i added the range, everything was back to normal.Cheers
