Remove that free shipping, then go to cart rules, add one without code, put a minimum amount as triggering condition, and set it to apply free shipping. Choose the categories it's limited to, it should work. I am not sure it will work properly if you add products from other categories though, in the sense that they might not be charged shipping either Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
