403 ERROR

Hi

I have installed PS into a directory named 'pdf', which is in a directory named 'digital-download', which in turn is in my 'public' folder. I have installed PS and have the green light on all requirements, I have accessed the admin control panel but when I jump from the admin to the front of the shop I am getting a 403 forbidden error (You don't have permission to access /digital_download/ on this server.)
My permissions for the 'digital_download directory and the pdf directory are both 777 yet I still can't access the front end.

Can anyone help me with this problem please.

Have you set the path to the install in the BO.

I have put a screen capture for your information. This may be your problem.

Many thanks for your prompt reply, I deleted the install and re-installed from scratch again. This time I zipped the downloaded PS and uploaded the zip, I found it quicker and neater. I then unzipped the file on my server, that way I could more or less be sure that all files were present.
I think that the original upload via FTP was incomplete.
