[SOLVED] Help! How to disable "birthday is invalid" validation message on order.php?

I have come across a bug that I don't know how to fix. Basically this this message keeps getting displayed whenever an existing user tries to buy something:

The bug is based on the email field, which I have been able to confirm via a number of tests. Basically, when a user enters an email into the email field that is already in my DB this error is displayed.

So rather than fixing it (as I don't even know where to start!) I'm thinking of disabling this validation altogether...might be the simplest approach!

First thing I'd do is to check the data in your database to see if someone somehow entered an invalid date in the ps_customer.birthday field.

My idea above to disable the validation was a work-around, I think I have found the proper solution!
