Attributes generate--- then blank product page

It shows attributes generating successfully, then I check the product page and it is blank... but the product is all good in the backend... although the attributes don't load when I visit that tab..

Sounds like you created too many combinations....

There is a known problem with the design of the attributes system, where if you create too many combinations (1,000-3,000+) you will run into memory issues, and get a blank page.

There are currently 3 solutions:

1) Use less attributes.
2) Customize the attributes code (this can get very very hard)
