Redirection problem

Hello prestashop experts,

 

I have a problem with prestashop 1.7.2

When i order an item on my store and put the personal information, i have the address step, i put a french address and click continue, i'm redirected to www.mydomain.com/addresses!!! Otherwise it works only on with untited states. If i ut a US address there is no redirection to the addresses field on the account..but if i chose another country it redirects me to that field.

 

Any idea how can i fix it?

Is United States your default country? If so, I would say try to change the default country to something else, and see if that's the only one working properly

I changed to another country..actually it works only with the country by default..for another countries it redirects to www.mydomain.com/addresses/ !!!!
