Already now I have the feeling that my question might be a stupid one, but I did not find a way in the BO to solve the issue: If I receive orders of customers by mail, fax and phone being ask to preoceed them in the store, I need to enter the role of my customer to create the order being the admin. How does this work and where do I have to go to? I already was told that this procedure would be a standard feature of Prestashop, but as reported I did not find the correct "button". I am working with version 1.6.1.17 with the standard bootstrap template.
