NemoPS
The page is reached, and then you are sent back with a 302 redirect, so I guess you need to debug the controller and see where the redirection takes place, and why

NemoPS
Yeah I made a customer like that. It seems there are some cookie issues, can you take screenshot of the options you have in the BO for cookies?

skochobahn
same . refreshed all brousers and even tried IE. the thing that bugs me the most is that i didnt edit any presta files. just added a theme and thats it. ill switch to the classic but i dont think this is the cause of my problems Edited November 5, 2017 by skochobahn (see edit history)
skochobahn
Update: I updated to presta 1.7.2.4 . Nothing happened. Reverted to an old version backup. Nothing happened. I think its the database
El Patron
did you fallback to classic theme and try? we have issues with 3rd party themes in 1.7 eco....especially if theme dev on 1706 also enable debug mode while testing, maybe something will be revealed. skochobahn
well thanks for the help guys but i think it was a server issue. I deleted the entire shop and database, put in the installation files for the presta 1.7.2.4 and got error 500 when tried to enter url/index.php. deleted that and installed a 1.6 version from their softacullus server app and got a few errors all the same. i contacted the d00dz from tech support and they will look in to it. hope to be able to restore the shop tonight. just noticed that the server time is not correct due to daylight saving . can this be causing the errors? skochobahn
well turns out it was a server issue. the d00dz didnt want to tell me at first but the cpanel they are using gives faulty permissions for files and folders. so they fixed the problem. sorry to bother you
