I think is an issue related with compression process but I'm not sure if is a setting for Prestashop or hosting. Any help? I attached original image and result of upload process. Scully Posted October 22, 2017 Share Posted October 22, 2017 Seems like you have set a wrong value for the IMAGE QUALITY setting. In PS 1.6. => Preferences => Images => JPEG Quality : 90 as recommended, PNG Quality 7 as recommended value. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
rikmrbear Posted October 23, 2017 Author Share Posted October 23, 2017 Hi @Scully, I have the values that you comment, only I changed hosting to "better" features, in old hosting the images upload corectly, but in new one I have issues. I read other things about GD library of PHP, In this new hosting I have "control" of activate or not some libraries, Maybe I need to activate something...
