Response to our email

Hi, when customer contacts us through contact form, we can reply him efficiently, but once customer responds to our reply, we do not see this reply in our backend and we have to answer through webmail. Is there any way how to configure backend to display also incoming replies?

I thought you could define a reply-to address, depending on your version of Prestashop perhaps.  However the idea being that you use an invalid email address as the reply to, something that will be returned to the customer so they know it failed.

 

And in your email, you should inform them not to reply to the email they receive, but rather they should click on the link to reply.
