Setting shipping cost as a % of total sale price

Hi,

I was just wondering if this was possible? To say, charge 10% of the value of the sale for delivery - my client may lose out on some sales but 'win' on others until I find an AustPost module to work with the new version of PrestaShop.

Or if someone has a better idea that works well for shipping (as mentioned, myself and my client are based in Australia and only need Australian shipping options) then i'd appreciate your ideas.
