How to Paste a Screenshot in the Forum for discussion?

I was about to discuss some topic here on the forum but still I am not able to paste the screenshot on the forum for better discussion. I appreciate, if someone can help me on this and let me know how to paste the screenshot this window for discussion and better understanding?

Hello ruchin78, you mean including a picture/screenshot in your post?

Copy paste doesn't work in this case, you need to click on the button "Insert a picture".
