Delivery Modules Error 500

Hi guys

 

I am brand new to the whole Prestashop system, and am willing to learn from the masters in here. 

 

I've recently installed PrestaShop 1.7.2 at www.sexycosplay.com.au but I am running into problem after problem, which I am fixing one by one. But where I am stuck is when I try to setup the Carriers module, the following page comes up:

 

This page isn’t working

www.sexycosplay.com.au is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

 

 

I've tried on different ISP and devices, and the 500 error still comes up. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The page seems to be working fine now.

 

Try looking at the error logs, they are a great source to find the real reason behind 500 errors

Error 500 = are server errors. In this case always activate the debug mode and read the errors, or read server error logs: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information-blank-page-500-internal-server-error/
