Creating an image with radio buttons

I am looking for if possible someone who could develop ....

 

Creating an image with radio buttons that you can activate or deactivate in a product's characteristic menu

The background image (see attached file) is always the same but activation of radio buttons and fields according to each product.

I do not know if I explain well .... I remain available for any questions

 

 

Radio Buttons

 

Auction OR Direct sales

 

If Auction checked then a Reserve Price field appears just below the auction logo: that can be filled with an amount up to 5 digits no decimal

 

Heart Icon OR More Icon (+)

 

Very Rare Icon    Active OR Not

 

BD Winner Icon   Active OR Not

 

Icon Original OR Icon 1st

 

Certified Expertise Icon  Active OR Not

 

Dedicated Icon   Active OR Not

 

 

Reset Button for All Settings (Nothing active is checked)

 

This set should be available / modifiable as a feature when creating a new Backoffice product

And does not appear as a feature in the product sheet visible to the customer (Frontoffice)
